" This course aims to train its students in the use, development and integration of a nanotechnology approach in the medical sciences. The Ph.D. course will cover advanced bioinformatics, proteomics, materials sciences, imaging technologies, and will allow students to have hands-on experience with nanosensors, biochips and robotics. Possible future careers can be expected in research and clinical centres, in the biotechnology and nanotechnology industries and in other biomedical sectors. "
